    How a pass works

    Three stages, in this order.

    1. Plan against the blueprint

Choose your exam and date. The plan weights your time by each domain's share of the real paper.

    2. Practise in tutor mode

Answer by domain and read why every option is right or wrong, with the guideline behind it.

    3. Sit timed mocks

Rehearse the exam's length, timing and item style, then read your result by domain.

Written to a standard you can read

    • Original questions only. No recalls and no past papers, ever.
    • Sourced explanations. Clinical points follow current national guidance and are checked against it.
    • Independent. No regulator or exam owner endorses TriagePass, and we do not say they do.

    Compare passes

TriagePass is a question bank and mock-exam platform for healthcare licensing exams. You buy a pass for one exam, for 1, 3 or 6 months, from USD 30. No subscription, no auto-renewal. You can sit the exam from any country the exam is offered in, and prepare in the exam's own language.

    What TriagePass is

TriagePass is an independent exam-preparation service for doctors, nurses, midwives, pharmacists, dentists and physiotherapists. Each exam has its own question bank, built to that exam's published blueprint: the same domains, the same weightings, the same item style. If the real paper is 180 single-best-answer questions in three hours, our mock is 180 single-best-answer questions in three hours.

We are not a regulator, an exam board or a recruiter, and we do not speak for any of them. Exam names such as PLAB, NCLEX-RN, AMC MCQ or SMLE are used only to say which exam a course prepares you for.

    Who it is for

    • Graduates sitting a home-country licensing exam, for example the Japanese national examinations, the Saudi licensure exams or the Philippine board exams.
    • Internationally trained clinicians moving abroad: a doctor in Lahore preparing for PLAB 1, a nurse in Kochi preparing for the NMC CBT or NCLEX-RN, a pharmacist in Cairo preparing for a Gulf licensing exam.
    • Candidates resitting who need to see exactly which domains cost them marks the first time.

Cross-border candidates are the norm here, not the exception. You do not need to live in the country whose regulator sets the exam. Many exams are delivered at Pearson VUE or Prometric centres in dozens of countries, and a pass works wherever you open it. Check the exam provider's own page for where each sitting is offered.

How our questions are written and reviewed

Every question starts from the exam's published content outline and the current national guidance for that country, not from memory of past papers. We do not collect recalls, and we do not copy questions from other banks or from regulators' sample papers.

    1. Blueprint first. Each exam has a map of domains and weights. New questions are commissioned against gaps in that map.
    2. Drafting. Questions are drafted from named guideline sources, then edited by a person. Stems are written as short clinical vignettes with one defensible best answer.
    3. Guideline check. The answer and the explanation are checked against the current national guideline for that exam's country (NICE and BNF for PLAB, for example), and the source is recorded.
    4. Clinician review. A practising or recently practising clinician in the relevant profession reviews the question. The review status is shown on every question.
    5. Error reports and updates. You can report a question from inside the app. Reports are triaged and corrected, and banks are rechecked when guidance changes.

The full process is on the editorial policy and question-writing standards pages, including what we cannot promise.

    How passes work

    1 examper pass
    1 / 3 / 6months of access
    USD 30cheapest pass
    0auto-renewals

A pass covers one exam. If you are preparing for PLAB 1 and later for the Saudi licensure exam, those are two passes. Access starts when you activate the pass, runs for the period you chose, and ends. We do not charge your card again.

There are three tiers. Basic gives the full bank with tutor and timed modes and basic analytics. Pro adds full mock exams, spaced-repetition flashcards, a weak-area study plan and a pass predictor. Premium adds an AI tutor that explains any question using the exam's own guidelines, guideline-change alerts and priority review of your errors. Prices for each length are on the pricing page.

    3 monthsUSD 75USD 149USD 249
    6 monthsUSD 120USD 249USD 399

    Choosing a length

One month suits a candidate who knows the material and needs to practise exam technique. Three months is the usual choice for a candidate working full time. Six months suits those starting from scratch, or sitting a two-part exam where the second part has to be booked soon after the first. If you are unsure, the study-plan tool turns your exam date and weekly hours into a realistic number of months.

    • Midwives: NMC Test of Competence, Canadian CMRE, AMCB and national exams.

    • Dentists: ORE, ADC, NDEB, INBDE and Gulf exams.
    • Physiotherapists: NPTE, APC assessment, CPTE and Gulf exams.
Some exams are still being built. Where an exam shows as waitlist, you can join the list and we will tell you when the bank opens. We do not sell a pass for an exam that is not live.

    What we do not do

We do not promise you will pass. We do not claim any regulator, college or exam board has approved or endorsed our material. We do not sell leaked or recalled questions. We do not renew your pass without asking you. If a question is wrong, we correct it and say so.

    Join the waitlist

We open a question bank only when it meets our question-writing standard. Leave your email and we will write once, when it opens.

    Frequently asked questions

    What is TriagePass?

TriagePass is an independent exam-preparation platform for healthcare licensing exams. Each exam has its own question bank, mock exams and analytics, built to that exam's published blueprint. We are not affiliated with any regulator or exam board.

Which professions and exams do you cover?

Doctors, nurses, midwives, pharmacists, dentists and physiotherapists, across exams in many countries. Exams that are live show a buy button; exams still being built show a waitlist. Start from your profession page to see which is which.

Does one pass cover several exams?

No. A pass covers one exam only. If you plan to sit PLAB 1 and later a Gulf licensing exam, you need one pass for each. This keeps pricing simple and the bank for each exam focused.

How long does a pass last, and does it renew automatically?

You choose 1, 3 or 6 months. Access ends when the period ends. Passes never auto-renew, so there is no cancellation step and no second charge unless you buy again.

I live in a different country from the exam. Can I still use it?

Yes. Pass access does not depend on where you live. Many candidates prepare for PLAB, NCLEX-RN or a Gulf exam while still working in their home country. Check the exam provider's page for test-centre locations and any eligibility rules.

Where do your questions come from?

They are written for TriagePass against each exam's published content outline and the current national guidelines. They are edited by a person, checked against guidelines and reviewed by a clinician. We do not use recalls or copy other banks. See the editorial policy for the full process.

How do I know a question has been reviewed?

Every question shows its review status: reviewed by a clinician, or awaiting review. You can filter practice sessions to reviewed questions only.

Do you guarantee that I will pass?

No. Nobody honestly can. We give you realistic practice, clear explanations and analytics that show where you lose marks. Your result depends on your preparation and on the exam.

Are you endorsed by the GMC, NMC, AMC, NCSBN or any other body?

No. TriagePass is independent. Exam names are used only to describe which exam our courses prepare you for.

    Can I get a refund?

Refunds are covered on the pricing page. Please read the conditions there before buying.
