What to include
- A question you think is wrong: the exam, the question number or link, what you think the answer should be and, ideally, the guideline that says so. The report button on the question sends this automatically.
- A billing or access problem: the account email, the exam and the date of purchase.
- A refund or exam switch: see the pricing page first for the conditions.
- An outdated page: the URL and the fact that has changed, with a link to the regulator's page.
- A missing exam: tell us the exam and the country. We use these requests to decide what to build next.
What we do not do
We cannot tell you whether you are eligible to register, sit an exam or apply for a visa. Those decisions belong to the regulator and the government. We can point you to the regulator's page.

Can you tell me if I am eligible for an exam?
No. Eligibility is decided by the regulator or exam provider. We link to their pages.
