Which tier to choose
Basic is enough if you already study well on your own and want a large, accurate bank to practise against. You get tutor and timed modes and a breakdown by domain.
Pro is for candidates who want rehearsal under real conditions. Full mocks mirror the exam's item count, timing and style. The study plan points you at your weakest domains, flashcards bring back what you keep forgetting, and the pass predictor gives an estimate from your recent mock results. It is an estimate, not a promise.
Premium adds the AI tutor. Ask it why an option is wrong and it answers from the exam's own guideline sources, with the source named so you can check it. Guideline-change alerts tell you when a guideline behind your exam changes and which questions are affected. Priority error review queues the questions you get wrong most often.
The AI tutor can make mistakes. It shows its source so you can check it against the guideline itself, and you can report any explanation you think is wrong.
How long should the pass be?
- 1 month: you know the content and need practice at pace.
- 3 months: the usual choice when studying around a job.
- 6 months: you are starting early, or sitting a two-part exam.
Use the study-plan tool if you are not sure. The longer passes cost less per month.

One exam per pass
A pass gives access to the question bank, mocks and tools for a single exam, for example PLAB 1 or NCLEX-RN. Parts of a two-part exam, such as a written test followed by an OSCE, are separate exams on TriagePass when we cover both. The exam page says which.
Refunds, renewals and switching exams
Owner to confirm before launch: the 7-day refund condition below (under 10% of questions used) is a draft policy and must be approved before this page goes live.
Refunds. You can ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have used fewer than 10% of the questions in your exam's bank. After that, or once you pass either limit, we cannot refund the pass. Write to us from the email on your account.
Renewals. There are none. When your pass ends, your access ends and you are not charged again. We may email you a reminder before it ends; you decide whether to buy again.
Switching exams. If you bought the wrong exam, contact us within 7 days of purchase and before you have used 10% of the questions, and we will move you to the right one at no cost. Later than that, a new exam needs a new pass.
Upgrading tier. You can upgrade from Basic or Pro during your pass. We credit the unused time on your current pass towards the new one.

What is the difference between Basic, Pro and Premium?
Basic gives the full question bank with tutor and timed modes and basic analytics. Pro adds full mock exams, spaced-repetition flashcards, a weak-area study plan and a pass predictor. Premium adds an AI tutor that explains any question using the exam's own guidelines, guideline-change alerts and priority error review.
Can I get a refund?
Our draft policy is a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have used fewer than 10% of the questions in the bank. After that we cannot refund a pass. Contact us from your account email.
Does my pass renew automatically?
No. A pass ends when its period ends and we do not charge you again. You can buy another pass if you need more time.
Can I switch to a different exam after buying?
Within 7 days of purchase and before you have used 10% of the questions, contact us and we will move your pass to a different exam at no cost. After that, a different exam needs a new pass.
Does one pass cover several exams or both parts of a two-part exam?
A pass covers one exam. When we cover both parts of a two-part route, such as a written test and an OSCE, each part is its own exam with its own pass. The exam page states which parts are live.
Can I upgrade from Basic to Pro or Premium?
Yes, during your pass. We credit the unused time on your current pass towards the higher tier.
Which currency do you charge in?
Prices are in US dollars. Your card issuer may convert and charge a fee. We show the final amount, including any tax that applies, before you pay.
Does the pass predictor guarantee a result?
No. It estimates readiness from your recent mock exam scores against the exam's format. Real results vary, and we do not promise a pass.
